Enjoy warm fellowship, stimulating conversations, and practical learnings at this 2012 Leadership Seminar.What does effective, healthy leadership look like in our Mennonite context? How is leadership best embodied for the good of our congregations and house churches? The weekend promises to be immediately relevant and practical as we reflect on scripture, share around our own experiences, and draw from Mennonite Church USA resources. Our leadership seminar will have a different format this year -- we'll gather around tables for listening and dialogue around the topic of "Leadership in Anabaptist Congregations." This format is based on that used by CLC (Constituency Leaders Council), the elders of the Mennonite Church USA. We will not have an outside keynote speaker; conference leaders Terry Zehr and Gene Miller will guide the weekend. Come join this creative environment as we collaborate as leaders across the conference in learning how to best lead our congregations in our Anabaptist context. Encourage the leadership team from your congregation to register. It is our conferencefs one event of the year devoted specifically to developing leaders in the congregation.
