On-site Registration time is Friday, Feb. 3 from 6:00-6:45 p.m. Where to Stay Lodging is available in local homes on a first come- first served basis so register early! For those who request in-home lodging, you will be notified of its availability. Otherwise, you will be responsible to make your own arrangements at a local motel/hotel (see below). If you stay at a local home, we suggest leaving a thank you note with a small gift for the host/hostess (perhaps something representative of the region in which you live). Because of the limited number of homes available for overnight lodging, there may be the need for hotels – or some may even prefer hotel accommodation over homes.
